This introduction to leadership in a managerial context equips students with a strong background in leadership theory while giving students the tools they need to develop their skills as leaders. Students will finish their concentration with the negotiation and conflict resolution skills necessary to become excellent leaders.
The introduction to strategy within management in this concentration gives students a global perspective, enabling them to take a wide view of the corporations they will work for even as they refine their consulting and negotiation skills.
This introduction to logistics empowers students to develop an understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and marketing on both a domestic and international level.
